Unfortunate. Disappointed. Annoyed. Not what I like to write considering I WAS a long time regular customer. I logged in online and was given an estimate of over 50 minutes before Quan, my stylist, would be ready. Got a text after 30 minutes saying she would be ready for me in 15. I arrived within that 15 minutes to see that there was another person in her chair and it would be 15 more minutes. The lady at the desk said I would be paged if I waited in my car so I stepped out to avoid the crowd during COVID. 13 minutes later I arrived to see I was now scheduled for the first available stylist in 20 minutes and I looked Quan in the eye as she clocked out and wordlessly turned around and left. I’m not amused.

No point in checking in beforehand as they will not save your spot in line. Been visiting Sportclips for many years, and this will be my last.
